Polyphenols like flavonoids have the potential to
Polyphenols like flavonoids have the potential to penetrate into lipid bilayers which is vital for enabling protection against oxidation. Rosmarinic factor xa inhibitor is a natural polyphenol antioxidant isolated from Sphaeranthus amaranthoides. Polyphenols can inhibit the propagation of lipid oxidation by two mechanisms: (i) by intercepting intramembrane radicals and/or (ii) by increasing membrane fluidity, which disorganizes lipid chains and hinders radical propagation [7]. Typically, dysfunction of Aurora proteins is associated with aneuploidy, cell death and mitotic arrest, leading to developmental abnormalities and over expression leads to cancer. The previous studies in cell line about the aurorakinase A showed that it is an oncogene [8], but the knockout mice studies indicated that the haploinsufficient Aurora kinase-A mouse developed tumours and this studies recommended that aurora kinase A may be a tumour suppressor [9]. This spurred a vast interest to identify pharmacologically active small-molecule that bind with Aurora proteins and control their activity.

Discussion
There are studies to prove the importance of aurora kinase A during embryo development. We have shown that the natural phenolic compound rosmarinic acid considerably enhances the kinase activity of aurora kinase A. Aurora kinase A deficient embryos showed imperfection in spindle assembly [8] and it has a main role in centrosome maturation and mitotic entry. In spite of above said functions aurora kinase A also has a crucial role in spindle assembly and microtubule organization [17], [18]. Aurora kinase A dependent nucleotide phosphorylation is important for localization of aurora kinase A protein and to stabilize centrosome-nucleated microtubules. The aurora kinase A enzyme is a mitotic kinase that plays a crucial role in the centrosome maturation during embryo genesis. The knock down of aurora kinase A enzyme leads to growth retardation during embryo genesis in the zebrafish and cell death [6]. According to our current study it is not surprising that aurora kinase A enzyme deficient embryos showed defects in the embryogenesis and morphological growth. Rosmarinic acid, a small polyphenol molecule acts as activator having a functional role as antioxidant can help in activation of aurora kinase-A enzymes during phosphorylation. Its role is evident from the upregulated levels of aurora kinase A in the rosmarinic acid treated groups and normal development of the embryos with the increase in the days.
In the current years, insilico methods including search algorithms for database, determination of the structure–activity interactions, resemblance search methods, computational modelling, and docking have been developed and applied widely to pharmacological model development and testing. Insilico methods also can help to understand mode of action of the drugs during in vivo and in vitro studies. The above said methods are used widely to study the potential targets for drugs and to analyze the ADME and toxicity studies (absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion) and to understand the physicochemical characteristics of the drugs for the concerned receptors and enzymes, which reduces the manufacturing cost and time.
Conclusion
Rosmarinic acid, a small polyphenol molecule acts as activator having a functional role as antioxidant can help in activation of aurora kinase-A enzymes during phosphorylation. The current in vivo and insilico studies proved that Rosmarinic acid can be a potential drug to protect against the toxicity induced by the food colours. The upregulated levels of the aurora kinase A conclude that rosmarinic acid has a potential role in maintaining the levels and activity of Aurorakinase A.

Introduction
Protein kinases catalyze the transfer of a phosphate group from adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to serine, threonine or tyrosine residue of target proteins. They play a key role in various cellular signaling pathways, including cellular differentiation, proliferation and migration [1]. Abnormal protein kinases expression is implicated in a diverse range of serious diseases including diabetes, inflammation and cancers.
